All prices include freight. There will be no additional charges to your order except for Sales Tax in NY and NJ. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order. All orders will be shipped in a timely manner. If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us immediately and will surely be of help.

Policies

At The Randolph Rose Collection, we are committed to your satisfaction. We will never share you information with others. All sales are final. No returns are allowed without written authorization. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer you an exchange/credit towards another purchase if you contact us within 7 days of receiving merchandise.

All packages are shipped with care to prevent damage. However, in rare instances, problems can happen. Upon receipt of merchandise, purchaser shall immediately notify Randolph Rose Collection of any defect in merchandise and keep all original packaging materials. Failure to notify the Randolph Rose Collection within 7 days is deemed to be a waiver of claim with respect to such defect.

Weathering and Care

All of our sculptures are hand-made lost wax cast bronze. They are made with the finest materials and each sculpture takes from weeks to months to make.
